Shipping policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to all addresses in Australia. Remote areas (such as parts of WA, NT and far north QLD) can take an extra 3–7 business days, so please order a little earlier.

Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated by parcel weight at checkout. Most single gifts ship for $6.95.
• Up to 1 kg: $6.95
• 1–2 kg: $11.95
• 2–3 kg: $16.95
• 3–5 kg: $24.95
• 5–10 kg: $39.95
• 10–30 kg: $59.95
Orders over $150 ship free.
Ordering more than 30 kg? Email us for a bulk shipping quote.

Delivery time
Our gifts are shipped from our overseas fulfilment partner. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing and 7–15 business days for delivery. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Christmas delivery
To receive your order before Christmas:
• Most items: order by 1 December
• Flip flops: order by 15 November
Each product page shows its Christmas order-by date. Orders after these dates are still welcome and will arrive after Christmas.

Duties and taxes
All prices are in AUD. Orders under A$1,000 have no import duties or taxes, so you won't pay anything extra on delivery. For orders over A$1,000, import duties and GST may apply. We'll email you before dispatch to confirm any extra charges, and you can cancel for a full refund if you don't want to go ahead.
