How long does shipping take?
Usually 7–15 business days after a 1–3 day processing time. You'll get tracking by email.

Will it arrive before Christmas?
Order by 1 December for most items, and by 15 November for flip flops. Each product page shows its order-by date.

How much is shipping?
Most single gifts ship for $6.95. Shipping is calculated by weight at checkout, and orders over $150 ship free.

Can I return something?
If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we'll replace or refund it. We don't accept change-of-mind returns. See our Refund Policy.

Do you do gift wrapping?
Not yet, but every item arrives ready to give.

Can I order for my whole team?
Yes! Buy 10 or more of the same item and save 10%, or 25 or more and save 15%. Discounts apply automatically at checkout. Need 50+? Email us for a quote.
